Tournament Rules & Regulations

1. The timeline must be followed, and no timing exceptions are to be considered.

2. The tournament Referees & committee have the right to eliminate any team that intentionally loses a match for the benefit of another team in the Group Stage.

3. The referees have the right to apply fines and direct eliminations if needed during the tournament.

4. Any Court abuse will be heavily fined (up to 10,000EGP) and may cause tour suspension.

5. Players who reaches the Finals must attend the closing ceremony in order not to face deductions in his prize money.

6. A delay of 10 mins for any of the matches will be considered walk-over and the team will lose the match.

7. Warm-Up time is 5 mins.

8. All Group-Stage matches are 1 normal set - Deciding Point - No Deuce.

9. For OPEN A:

Round32 and Round16 matches will be played a 9 games match - Deciding Point
Starting Quarterfinals, best of 3 sets - Deciding Point will be played.

10. For OPEN B, C, D & Women:

All Knockouts Stage matches will be played 1 normal set - Deciding Point.

The Final will be played Best of 3 sets - Deciding Point

11. Only 1st place of each group qualifies to the Knockouts Stage. In case of draw of 3 teams within the group, it will be decided by the net games won. And in case of draw in the net games won, it will be a toss who decides the 1st of the group.

12. After each match, the winners should submit the scores at the registration desk. It is the winner responsibility to go and submit the score, otherwise match score will not be counted.
