Tournament Rules & Regulations
1. The timeline must be followed, and no timing exceptions are to be considered.
2. In case the tournament has official t-shirts, all players must wear it. In case not, players of the same team must wear same-colored t-shirts.
3. In case of any player who has sponsors, he must coordinate with the organizing committee to include them in his own t-shirts.
4. The tournament Referees& committee have the right to eliminate any team that intentionally loses a match for the benefit of another team in the Group Stage.
5. The referees have the right to apply fines and direct eliminations if needed during the tournament.
6. Players who reaches the Finals must attend the closing ceremony in order not to face deductions in his prize money.
7. The Knockouts draw will have a new format for this tournament.
8. A delay of 10 mins for any of the matches will be considered walk-over and the team will lose the match.
9. Warm-Up time is 5 mins.
10. All teams must arrive AN HOUR before mentioned match timings to check in at control desk and receive their t-shirts.
11. Fines may be applied if necessary based on the tournament referee's decision.
12. All Group-Stage matches are 1 normal set - Deciding Point - No Deuce.
13. For OPEN A:
All matches are best of 3 normal-sets - Deciding Point - No Deuce.
14. For OPEN B & OPEN C:
Round64 is
1 normal set - Deciding Point - No Deuce, Round32 & Round16 matches are 2 short-sets & final-set Super-tie-break - Deciding Point - No Deuce.
Quarter-Final matches are 2 normal-sets & final-set Super-tie-break - Deciding Point - No Deuce.
Semi-Finals and Final matches are best of 3 normal-sets - Deciding Point - No Deuce.
15. For OPEN D:
Round32 is
1 normal set - Deciding Point - No Deuce,
Round16 & Quarter-Final matches are 2 short-sets & final-set Super-tie-break - Deciding Point - No Deuce.
Semi-Final matches are 2 normal-sets & final-set Super-tie-break - Deciding Point - No Deuce.
Final match is best of 3 normal-sets - Deciding Point - No Deuce.
16. For Women:
17. The 2nd of each group will be determined by matches won, and in case of draw of 2 teams within the group will be decided by the net games won. And in case of draw in the net games won, will be the Head to Head who decides the 2nd of the group. And in case of draw of all teams within the same group in matches and games difference, will be a toss who decides the 1st&2nd of the group.
18. After each match, the winners should submit the scores at the registration desk. It is the winner responsibility to go and submit the score, otherwise match score will not be counted.
